איזה מידע התוסף מעבד?
התוסף קורא את רשימת הלשוניות הפתוחות: כותרות וכתובות, מזהי חלונות ולשוניות, זמן שימוש אחרון שכרום מספק, מצב פעיל/נעוץ/משמיע קול/פרוק מהזיכרון, וסמלי אתרים מהמטמון של כרום. הוא שומר מזהה אקראי מקומי כדי להבדיל בין פרופילי דפדפן.
התוסף אינו קורא את גוף העמוד, שדות טפסים, סיסמאות, עוגיות או את מאגר היסטוריית הגלישה המלא. כותרת או כתובת של לשונית עשויות בעצמן להכיל מידע אישי.
למה המידע משמש ולאן הוא מועבר?
הפרטים מועברים לתוכנת Machine Monitor באותו מחשב, דרך חיבור localhost. כך ניתן להציג את הלשוניות ולסגור או לפרוק מהזיכרון את אלה שהמשתמש בוחר. התוסף עצמו אינו שולח את המידע לשרת חיצוני, לשירות ניתוח שימוש או לפרסום. המידע אינו נמכר ואינו משמש לפרסום או להחלטות אשראי.
לתוכנת Windows יש יועץ AI חיצוני אופציונלי, שנשלט בהגדרות נפרדות. התוסף אינו פונה ליועץ הזה. מדיניות זו מתייחסת לתוסף ולחיבור המקומי שלו.
שמירה והפסקת השימוש
מזהה הפרופיל נשמר באחסון המקומי של התוסף עד להסרת התוסף או נתוניו. נתוני הלשוניות וסמלי האתרים מוחזקים בזיכרון בזמן שהתוסף פועל. החיבור בתוכנת Windows מחזיק את תמונת המצב האחרונה בזיכרון ומסיר אותה כשהפרופיל מתנתק. התוסף אינו מנהל יומן היסטוריית גלישה ואינו משתמש באחסון המסונכרן של כרום.
אפשר להשבית או להסיר את התוסף דרך כרום כדי להפסיק את איסוף המידע והחיבור. יציאה מלאה מ־Machine Monitor מפסיקה את החיבור בתוכנה; סגירת החלון בלבד עשויה להשאיר אותה במגש המערכת. כרום מנהל בנפרד את נתוני הלשוניות, ההיסטוריה והמטמון שלו.
שימוש מוגבל ופנייה למפתח
השימוש במידע המתקבל מממשקי Google כפוף למדיניות נתוני המשתמש של Chrome Web Store, לרבות דרישות השימוש המוגבל (Limited Use).

Information handled
The extension reads the current open-tab list: titles, URLs, tab/window IDs, last-access timestamps supplied by Chrome, active/pinned/audio/unloaded states, and cached site icons. It stores a random local profile identifier to distinguish connected browser profiles.
It does not read page bodies, form fields, passwords, cookies or the full browsing-history database. A tab title or URL may itself contain personal information.
Use and transfer
Tab details are sent to the Machine Monitor desktop app on the same computer over a localhost connection. This enables the tab list and user-selected close/unload actions. The extension itself sends no tab data to external servers, analytics providers or advertising services. Data is not sold or used for advertising or credit decisions.
The Windows app has a separately controlled optional external AI advisor. The extension does not call that advisor. This policy covers the extension and its local connection.
Storage and controls
The profile identifier stays in local extension storage until the extension or its data is removed. Tab information and cached site icons are held in memory while the extension worker runs. The desktop bridge holds the latest connected-profile snapshot in memory and drops it when that profile disconnects. The extension does not keep a browsing-history log or use Chrome sync storage.
Disable or remove the extension in Chrome to stop collection and connection. Fully quit Machine Monitor to stop the desktop bridge; closing its window may leave it in the system tray. Chrome independently manages its own tab, history and cache data.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
